Thomas Paine's version of "you didn't build that":
"Separate an individual from society, and give him an island or a continent to possess, and he cannot acquire personal property. He cannot be rich. So inseparably are the means connected with the end,in all cases, that where the former do not exist the latter cannot be obtained. All accumulation, therefore,of personal property, beyond what a man's own hands produce, is derived to him by living in society; and he owes on every principle of justice,of gratitude, and of civilization,a part of that accumulation back again to society from whence the whole came"

In Philadelphia on Monday, The Democratic National Convention begins. There will be much bigger demonstrations at the Democratic convention than at the Republican convention. In one of the largest rallies planned for the day, a pro-Bernie Sanders group is expected to walk across the Ben Franklin Bridge, which connects Camden, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. show their support for Sanders and their disdain for Hillary Clinton. The protestors chanted “Hell No, DNC, we won’t vote for Hillary” and “This is what democracy looks like.” Much of anger is targeted at disgraced former DNC Chair, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. A large leak of DNC emails shows that on numerous occasions, Wasserman-Schultz played favorites during the primaries, picking Clinton over Sanders. This included several attempts to smear Sanders and question his religion.
